Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes / APO/FPO addresses outside of the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dontekhv@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
